What skills and experience we're looking for

We require an enthusiastic, well-qualified and highly motivated teacher of English to join our successful faculty as lead practitioner. In liaison with the head of department and second in department, you would be responsible for promoting and facilitating excellent practice amongst our dedicated and enthusiastic team who facilitate consistently outstanding results for all our students.

The English faculty’s working practice is highly collaborative, which leads to the production of excellent centralised resources for colleagues to use as a basis for their class teaching materials. As lead practitioner you would work to develop and enhance these resources in partnership with colleagues, as well as sharing your ideas for best practice in terms of delivery.
