As Lead Practitioner of Mathematics, you will:
- Lead and inspire exceptional teaching and learning within the Maths faculty.
- Work collaboratively with SLT, curriculum leaders, and other teachers to drive forward improvements and share best practices.
- Design and deliver high-quality, innovative lessons and resources.
- Provide strategic leadership, supporting the development of teaching pedagogy and mentoring colleagues.
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives aimed at academic and pastoral success.
