We require a Lead Practitioner of Science to join our dedicated, friendly and high performing Science department. Our Science department has an excellent supportive team with extensive experience and works in conjunction with our thirteen trust schools. This post would suit a Teacher of Science with experience and proven track record of impact who wants the opportunity to coach staff and lead on whole school responsibilities for the improvement in quality of education. This is an incredibly exciting time to join Waseley because of the state-of-the-art new school which is opening in September.

All teachers are subject to the Conditions of Employment set out in their contract of employment and the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document. These detail the professional and particular duties required of teachers, together with requirements for Management time, Working time and Guaranteed planning and preparation time. The Trust and its schools comply with these requirements in order to make reasonable demands of teachers.
