Lead Practitioner: Primary job summary
We are looking for an inspirational, experienced Primary Teacher, holding QTS or equivalent, to join Harris Primary Academy Coleraine Park as a Lead Practitioner.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced primary teacher to take on a lead practitioner role in an outstanding, high performing academy. You will play a leading and highly visible role in the improvement of teaching and learning across the academy, ensuring the highest standards of achievement for our children and leading in the monitoring, evaluation and review of standards and provision.
You will have a wealth of opportunities to develop as a leader with the Harris Federation. We can offer you a range of bespoke courses and qualifications through our Teaching School, including our Aspiring Leaders NPQH for aspiring principals.

About Harris Primary Academy Coleraine Park
Harris Primary Academy Coleraine Park is in the heart of Tottenham, serving a diverse inner city community celebrating a wealth of language and cultures. In 2017/18, we were the highest performing primary academy in the Harris Federation, and in the top 3% in the country for progress.Our Academy opened in September 2012; one of the48academies within the Harris Federation. All our staff aim to give every child an exceptional education providingsupport, care, enrichment and challenge as they come through our doors.
