Ready to make a real impact in Science? At Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet, we’re seeking a passionate Lead Practitioner - Science to elevate our Science department and inspire the next generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Science lessons that engage and challenge students across various key stages and subjects.
Lead curriculum development and share best practices to improve teaching across the Science department.
Use data and innovative approaches to improve student outcomes in Science.
Provide leadership and support to colleagues, helping them to grow in their teaching practice.
Work with the senior leadership team to lead on aspects of whole school improvement with the Teaching & Learning Team.
What We’re Looking For:
A qualified teacher with expertise in one or more Science specialism.
A strong track record of improving teaching and learning.
A collaborative leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
