The Role - Lead Practitioner Teacher

We are seeking an outstanding and enthusiastic Lead Practitioner Teacher to join our Nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and inspirational practitioner to play a key leadership role in supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the Nursery while helping to drive high-quality teaching and learning across the provision.
Reporting directly to the Headteacher/Executive Headteacher, this role combines classroom teaching with strategic leadership responsibilities, including curriculum development, staff support and development, and pastoral care for pupils.
The successful candidate will be appointed on a permanent contract, working 32.5 hours per week. Working arrangements will be discussed further at interview stage.
The salary range for this role is Lead Practitioner Scale L1 - L3.
