Lead SENCO for SEND Unit

Full Time, Permanent for April 2026, Term 4 Start or Earlier in Term 3, February 2026

The OLA Trust Pay Range: Leadership L1-L5, depending on experience

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Lead SENCO to lead our new SEND Unit. You will inspire and support colleagues, driving excellence in teaching and learning across the Lilypad SEND Unit and ensuring that every pupil receives the tailored provision and support they need to succeed.

Radstock Primary School joined the Orchard Learning Alliance in November 2025, serves the local area and is borne out of a genuine desire to ensure that all children receive an excellent, inclusive, well-rounded education.
