We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Lead Teacher to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in both leading and supporting the teaching and learning experience across the school while contributing to the strategic development of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the school in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Inspire, challenge, motivate, and empower staff to carry forward this vision.
- Actively contribute to the school’s development plan, taking responsibility for a specific area of focus.
- Demonstrate passion and commitment to the learning process.
- Exemplify effective teaching and learning practices.
- Support research and debate to continuously improve the quality of education.
- Work closely with Senior Leaderships to support staff development and drive excellence.
- Be an active and visible presence across the school, helping to reduce behaviour incidents and ensure students are ready for learning.
