We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Lead Teacher to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in both leading and supporting the teaching and learning experience across the school while contributing to the strategic development of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the school in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Inspire, challenge, motivate, and empower staff to carry forward this vision.
  • Actively contribute to the school’s development plan, taking responsibility for a specific area of focus.
  • Demonstrate passion and commitment to the learning process.
  • Exemplify effective teaching and learning practices.
  • Support research and debate to continuously improve the quality of education.
  • Work closely with Senior Leaderships to support staff development and drive excellence.
  • Be an active and visible presence across the school, helping to reduce behaviour incidents and ensure students are ready for learning.
