What skills and experience we're looking for
Lynn Grove Academy is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support students across the school as they transition back into the classroom. These learners face a range of challenges that have impacted their ability to engage in mainstream lessons. With a therapeutic approach to teaching, you will help them rebuild confidence, develop essential skills, and foster a positive learning experience that empowers them to thrive.
Our Ideal candidate would have:
- Qualified teacher status
- Expertise in a core subject orEBacc, Maths or English is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality teaching across the full spectrum of ages and abilities in an 11-16 school setting.
