What skills and experience we're looking for

Significant experience of teaching Mathematics and Further Mathematics to A-level

Experience in curriculum design and development

Experience in the use of technology in learning

Awareness of current pre and post-16 initiatives in Mathematics teaching

Significant experience of teaching at KS3 and GCSE

Ability to sustain a culture of openness, endeavour and joy, in which it is safe to make mistakes

Ability to lead others, working collaboratively with them and drawing on their strengths

Ability to secure the trust of those you lead, enabling them to reflect honestly and continually develop

Ability to analyse information and identify key areas for action, building a vision for Maths both at EMS and within outreach activities
