Lead Teacher of Maths job summary

As a Lead Teacher of Maths, you will be a passionate, dedicated and outstanding teacher who can take responsibility for the students you teach. We are looking for someone who can lead, inspire and motivate colleagues in developing their teaching to ensure that all students can make excellent progress.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience of being a consistently good teacher with the potential to be outstanding, have a passion for the teaching and learning of Maths, be committed to the raising of standards across Key Stage 3 and 4, be able to inspire students to achieve their full potential in Maths and be committed to your ongoing professional development

Candidates will also have qualified teacher status or degree and relevant experience. Candidates will have the motivation to work with children and young people, have the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people.
