Lead Teacher of the Elms job summary

Students will be referred to The Elms from schools across the borough and will be placed in the provision for up to two terms. During this time, they will be educated in a small, nurturing environment and will receive specialist support from educational psychologists and other experts to support their transition back to mainstream school or other settings.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with knowledge of students with additional needs and a desire to support these children during this difficult time of transition. The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to inspire and motivate students within the provision and lead other adults to do the same.
