Leadership Support Assistant job summary
Due to high growth and expansion, the Manor Hall Academy Trust central team are recruiting a Leadership Support Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and other members of the central team.

What does the role involve?
The role will be extremely varied and include a range of various administration duties such as;
Provide routine clerical support e.g., photocopying, filing, emailing, and completing routine forms
Order and receive deliveries of goods and organise onwards dispatch to correct recipient/location.
Answering the central phone line and monitoring the email inbox.
Arranging meetings on behalf of the leadership team and setting up the conference room.
Welcoming guests onto site and helping them if required
Producing documents and gathering information and data for the CEO.
Provide personal, administrative and organisational support to other staff.
What we are looking someone with;
A friendly, helpful and can-do attitude.
Qualified to NVQ 2 Business and Administration or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Effective use of ICT packages and good keyboard skills.
Good organising, planning and prioritising skills
