As a Learning Cover Supervisor at Abbeyfield Secondary School, you will be an essential part of our commitment to delivering high-quality education. In the absence of regular teachers, you will ensure continuity in learning by maintaining a well-structured, engaging classroom environment.

Requirements:

To apply for the Learning Cover Supervisor opportunity, you must hold:

  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C and above or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in classroom management within an education environment.
  • Successful recent experience working as a classroom supervisor, working with pupils in either a class, group or 1:1 setting.
