What skills and experience we're looking for
The Learning Development Department is the base at Ashlawn for the co-ordination of provision for students
with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator
(SENDCo) works alongside the Head of the Learning Development Department to arrange and deploy provision,
including the allocation of Teaching Assistants to support students in lessons.
We are recruiting a Learning Development Department manager to support the Head of LDD in the day-to-day running of the Learning Development Department. The post requires a highly organised individual who is able to work well as part of a busy team.
