Outwood Academy City is seeking to appoint a permanent Learning Manager. The successful candidates will join a very busy team providing support to learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring in order to maximise student attainment.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment. Strong IT skills specifically in Microsoft Office are essential. Training will be provided on our management information system. The successful candidate will be a team player with a proactive approach to work. Owing to the nature of the role, an ability to relate to the Academy’s students is crucial. The successful candidate will be an active member of the Academy’s safeguarding team; training will be provided.
You must possess both English and Maths Grade C / Grade 4 or above GCSE or equivalent.
