What skills and experience we're looking for
Qualified to at least A Level with GCSE in both English and maths
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good team player
Able to form a constructive rapport with students to enable them to engage successfully with learning
Experience of working with students with special educational needs and disabilities at secondary school level would be desirable
