Learning Mentor job summary
Meadowhead School is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Mentor to join a team of dedicated staff within our Student Engagement and Welfare Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual who wishes to support the educational opportunities and personal development of our students.
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with school staff to assess individual student’s needs and determine suitable educational, behaviours and mentoring plans to help them overcome barriers to learning.
Recent and relevant experience of pastoral work with KS3 and KS4 students is an essential requirement of this post.
Staff benefits also include enrolment onto the enhanced package for Smart Clinic which provides occupational health and wellbeing support for all employees.
WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday – Thursdays, 8.00 – 3.30 on Fridays
39 weeks per year
