What skills and experience we're looking for
The Pod is a specialist provision for 16 pupils who have Autism, Anxiety, SEMH or any combination of these. The Pod has two classes from Reception to Year 6 and we are looking for a teacher for our EYFS/KS1 class. The Pod is well supported by specialist teaching assistants, therapists and the Senior Leadership team.
We are looking for someone who:
- has very high expectations for all learners
- has a passion for making a positive difference to the lives of our children
- has a deep understanding of Autism and SEMH
- is compassionate and resilient with exemplary relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
