Learning Resources Assistant with Admin job summary
Working closely with Heads of Department to agree requirements, deadlines, and priorities, the postholder provides high‑quality reprographics and resource support to underpin teaching and learning. This includes producing and preparing learning materials such as booklets, worksheets, posters, and classroom display resources, ensuring accuracy and a professional finish. The role involves monitoring usage, maintaining appropriate stock levels of paper and consumables, and liaising with the school’s photocopier service provider to report faults, arrange maintenance, and ensure equipment remains fully operational.
As an integral member of the school administration team, the postholder will also be expected to provide flexible support to colleagues and assist with wider administrative tasks as required to ensure the effective running of the school office.
The postholder must be well organised, approachable, and able to work effectively in a busy environment while upholding the school’s values and safeguarding responsibilities.
