The successful candidate will help to facilitate a fully inclusive, safe and supportive learning environment, enabling individuals with a wide range of learning needs and difficulties to access a high quality learning experience. Our intention is to provide the opportunities for all students, regardless of any barriers they may face, to engage fully in their education and be successful in reaching their academic potential.

The successful candidate will join a highly effective and dedicated Learning Support Team, who work relentlessly to support students’ academic achievements alongside their personal development and wellbeing. A capacity to work effectively as part of a team and individually, alongside a working knowledge of potential barriers to learning and the strategies needed to overcome them, will be essential.

Reporting directly to the SENDCo, we are looking for someone who is habitually inclined to be positive, is energetic with a can-do attitude. Crucially, we are looking for someone who understands their impact and is able to raise the levels of optimism and energy in those around them.

Wellbeing is at the forefront of our provision.

All staff have a voice, ensuring  they are consulted on change and can share any concerns and ideas through the Leftwich Consultative Group (LCG)
