Job role: Learning support or cover supervisor

Working pattern: Part time: 18.5 hours per week Term Time Only Monday - Friday
Contract type: Fixed term - until July 2027
Pay scale: Scale 3, Points 5 - 6
Additional allowances: Outer Fringe included in Salary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Applicants should have:

A high standard of written and spoken English
Excellent numeracy skills
A strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life
Communicate well with members of the staff and pupils
Display a professional attitude
Previous experience of working within a LSA role or similar role is preferable but not essential
Experience of working alongside children with special needs on 1:1 is desirable
