The Burgess Hill Academy are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team.
Learning Support Assistants play a crucial role in the education of our students. They promote the learning and personal development of all pupils; including but not exclusively, those with special education needs. Working as part of our Inclusion Team, the Learning Support Assistant will provide 1:1 support with a designated student.
This opportunity will suit you if have:
- Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
- The ability to work in a discreet and sensitive manner
- Experience of working within a school environment or with young people (desirable but not essential)
