Learning Support Assistant job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our thriving, successful and happy school.

Due to the ongoing expansion of our provision, we are looking for positive, hardworking, and committed members of staff who understand the importance of delivering a curriculum which has been designed to support the needs of an individual child.

You will have experience of working in a school setting, ideally with supporting children with Complex Needs, ASC or SEMH.

You will be working alongside our dedicated and inspiring class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of our pupils. You will be responsible for promoting pupils independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. Giving support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.

Every day here is different, and you would need to be flexible and able to adapt to ever-changing situations when required.
