The Romsey School is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated SEND and ASD teams. The Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to pupils within and outside the classroom.
  • Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and the wider school community.
  • Receive full training – previous LSA experience is desirable, but not essential.
