Contract Term: Permanent Full-Time Post - Term Time plus 2 days INSET

Mon-Thurs 08:30-16:00 / Fri 08:30-15:30

Salary: H4.6 £23,893 plus fringe £988 (pro- rata £ 19,630 pa)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and reliable full-time Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly staff team to support students in class, small groups and individually on a 1:1 basis with their learning needs.

Key requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or the equivalent) is essential
  • Excellent English speaking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience of working with 11-16 year olds within an education environment is desirable.
