What skills and experience we're looking for
Royal Greenwich Trust School (RGTS) is looking to appoint a dedicated and professional Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive and forward-thinking school community. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and ambitious secondary school committed to delivering outstanding support for our students and staff.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Increase the rate of student progress across faculties by adding to the capacity of colleagues to deliver good and outstanding lessons.
- Provide support for students with a variety of SEND and staff in order to:
o raise standards of achievement for all students
o encourage students to become independent learners
o ensure their safety and welfare
o support the inclusion of students in all aspects of school life.
- Be responsible for In and out of class Learning Support
