Are you a positive, enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development? We are looking for a committed Key Stage 2 Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly, welcoming and nurturing school community.

As an LSA, you’ll be a vital part of our team – working closely with class teachers and pupils to inspire confidence, independence, and a love of learning. We aim to recruit somebody who is passionate in supporting all aspects of teaching and learning and has a desire to support children to achieve their full potential.

Experience is desirable but not essential as training and support will be provided by our team.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom and beyond Working one-to-one and in small groups to provide tailored support Helping to create a stimulating, inclusive and supportive learning environment Encouraging children to be confident, resilient learners with high expectations Celebrating successes and helping children believe in themselves
