Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions as required.
Adapt support to meet individual needs with patience, understanding, and effective communication.

Provide medical support in line with training and school policy.
You will:
Understand how children learn and apply effective strategies to meet individual needs.
Be confident, proactive, and able to work with initiative.
Collaborate effectively within a team, sharing ideas and taking guidance from colleagues and specialists.
Be committed to ongoing professional development and training.
Demonstrate positivity, high expectations, and a caring, adaptable approach.
Be determined to make a meaningful difference to the pupils at The Greetland Academy.
In return you will work with a warm and welcoming school community, with dedicated staff and enthusiastic children.
