All Saints CE Primary School, part of Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust, are looking to recruit 2 enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our professional, friendly and hard working team.

About Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust (IPAT):

IPAT is an ambitious, values-led, Church of England, multi academy Trust, serving local communities in South and West Leicestershire. The Trust was established in June 2017 and caters to children aged 4 to 11 in mainly rural / village schools.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Learning Support Assistant to join our highly committed team and willing to work across Key Stages. The successful applicant will ideally be:

  • Experienced in a similar role

  • Able to communicate clearly and positively with staff, parents and pupils, both in person and in written communications

  • Able to work calmly under pressure

  • Able to show a 'can-do' attitude and seek solutions to problems

  • A person who demonstrates excellent initiative

The posts are permanent contract for 30 hours per week paid at Grade 5 Pt 7 - £12.65 per hour - 39 weeks per year ( 38 weeks term time + 30 hours for training and inset days)
