Actual Salary: £19,920 - £20,205

Hours: 30 hrs per week (FTE: 64.84%)

Mon – Fri

Job Purpose:

The Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is one member of a team of professionals that will include teachers and other teaching assistants. The team works together to care for and educate the pupils in the school. The LSA makes a specific contribution to their specific subject area and / or curriculum contribution to the school teaching and learning programme.

You will:

Share our commitment to building great learning communities for our pupils

An understanding of specific learning needs and styles to differentiate support to pupils
The ability to plan effectively to enable multi-tasking
A desire to help all pupils succeed

Work collaboratively across the school
