What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful applicant will be:

  • an outstanding TA committed to supporting children with special educational needs in partnership with class teachers;
  • passionate about helping children to overcome a wide range of barriers to learning by thinking about their needs holistically;
  • able to think creatively to make learning exciting and relevant;
  • highly organised and able to manage their time effectively;
  • reflective practitioners who are keen to learn, develop and improve their practice;
  • positive, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a wider team; and
  • educated to at least GCSE grade C/5 or equivalent in maths and English (an NVQ or equivalent in Learning Support or Early Years is also desirable).
