Learning Support Assistant job summary
Are you enthusiastic, caring and keen to provide a positive role model to all our children? Could you be the right person to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant to cover the maternity leave of an existing staff member?
We are looking for someone who
Will develop a respectful trusting relationship with pupils and staff
Will act as a role model and set high expectations
Will support pupils including those with special needs to access learning activities
Will help to implement pupils’ personal programmes including social, health, physical, hygiene and welfare matters
Will work with the class teacher and Senior Leadership team to promote positive values, attitudes and good pupil behaviour.
