Learning Support Assistant job summary

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team at Malvern Parish CofE Primary School.

The successful candidate will support two children on a 1:1 basis and also work with small groups. They will provide behaviour support strategies, build positive relationships with children, adapt work to meet individual needs and deliver targeted small group interventions designed to develop literacy and numeracy skills.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
