What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have;
- A qualification in Literacy and Numeracy equivalent to GCSE Grade A*-C or Level 2, on the national vocational framework.
- Some experience of working with children of Secondary age, ideally in a school context.
- Excellent and effective communication skills.

Priory Community School - An Academy, part of The Priory Learning Trust are recruiting two dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our dynamic, fast paced SEND team.

As part of this role, you will;
- Deliver classroom support for pupils, planned and supervised by teachers.
- Support colleagues by assisting with resource preparation, display and care and support of pupils including health care.
- Keep records of work in order to provide feedback and general support, contribute to Student Profiles and PSPs.
- Work effectively with teachers, support staff and other professionals, applying own strengths and expertise to contribute positively to the overall aims and objectives of the school.
