Learning Support Assistant for ASC Unit job summary

Bradwell Village is part of the Inclusive Learning Federation with Romans Field and Priory Common schools. We are a unique Federation comprising of an Infant, Junior and Special School which provides its team members with unique opportunities. We are a new Autistic Spectrum Condition Unit for children with EHCPs, there are currently 8 children and this will be expanding to 16 children in 2025. We are looking for Learning Support Assistant to be part of this exciting development.

We need a Learning Support Assistant who:

Is passionate about making a difference to the lives of our children

Is an outstanding LSA who sets high expectation and aspirations

Is experienced in teaching children with ASC

Is willing to contribute to the school as a whole community and help to improve it

Is resilient and patient

Is a creative thinker who is organised, independent and shows initiative

Is a good communicator and problem solver

Is professional and has integrity and a strong work ethic

Is a team player and has a sense of humour

Has Maths and English GCSE Grade C/4 or above
