Learning support Assistants required in KS1

Didcot Primary Academy is a highly successful and inclusive primary school located in Great Western Park, Didcot. The school has been judged to be outstanding since opening in 2016, with our most recent inspection taking place in December 2024.

We are looking to recruit Learning Support Assistants (LSA) who would be excited by the prospect of working to support children with special educational needs in KS1, and who would add to our culture of high expectations, care and kindness.

We are looking for staff who:

More information about the post:

  • The post is 33.5 hours per week
  • The working hours are 8:30am - 3:40pm Monday to Friday
  • You will be paid on the NJC scale, starting at spine point 3
  • The pro rata salary for this post is £19,462. This includes working term time (plus the inset days and holiday allocation)
  • The post is fixed term contract from the date of commencement until July 2026. There is a possibility that this could be extended.
