Learning Support Assistant full time /part time job summary

We are looking for two enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking Learning Support Assistants to join our highly committed team to ensure that we provide a quality SEND provision to its pupils.

You should be:

  • Highly organised and able to use your own initiative
  • Able to communicate clearly and positively with staff, parents and pupils
  • Able to work calmly under pressure
  • Able to show a ‘can-do’ attitude and seek solutions to problems
  • Able to work flexibly and creatively
  • Is happy and co-operative, able to work on own initiative
  • A strong team player
  • Experienced in a similar role
