What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? Kings Ash Academy are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant primary school community and make a real difference in the lives of young learners.

What You’ll Do

  • Support class teachers with teaching and welfare of pupils across primary year groups.
  • Work closely with children, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) or additional educational needs.
  • Help create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
