Learning Support Assistant job summary
Knole Academy in Sevenoaks is looking for an enthusiastic professional with a genuine passion for education to join our team and make a difference.
Salary will be paid according to experience on Grade 5 £24,040- £25,002 (pro-rated to £19,438 - £20,216 per annum for 35 hours per week: Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 4:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, 38 weeks term time plus 2 weeks). Four days working per week or an 8:55 am start may be considered for an experienced applicant.
The post holder will be required to be able to support students both within class promoting independent learning, and in small groups delivering interventions outside the classroom. This would be an excellent opportunity for a graduate wishing to gain relevant experience or for those considering a career in teaching.
