Uplands Academy is looking to appoint a Cleaner. This role will provide continuous cleaning of the site throughout the school day to enhance our working and learning environment. We are looking for a professional and self-motivated individual, with excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible. Working as part of the Site team, candidates should be able to work proactively and independently to ensure the efficient cleanliness of the academy campus.

We work meticulously to secure a culture of unapologetically high expectations that are underpinned by our collective, uncompromising belief and ambition for the students of Uplands Academy, and for the experienced, loyal, highly skilled and highly effective team of staff that teach them, allowing teachers to teach and students to learn. The Academy is committed to the development of both its staff and students.

This role is 20 hours per week, term time only. The hours are to be worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday. This role is paid on Single Status Grade 2, currently £23,656 per annum full time equivalent.
