What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to be part of the school’s specialist provision which opened in September 2024. Our specialist provision is for EYFS and KS1 pupils who have an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) with wide-ranging complex needs. You will work closely with the staff team at Langer Hub under the direction of the Lead Teacher, providing personalised support for pupils with significant special needs require to flourish. We are committed to a joined-up approach to support the children in our academies and beyond, providing high quality tailored specialist provision and supporting their families. Our schools work in close partnership and share the same inclusive philosophy, where every child is a valued member of the school community. We believe that every child has the right to achieve their full potential and every family can expect to be supported to enable the home and school partnership to flourish. We are aspirational and have high expectations for children with SEND and believe in providing a bespoke curriculum to meet children’s needs.
