Learning Support Assistant (Level 2) job summary

Would you like to work in this exciting outstanding primary special school?

If you would, then we would like to hear from highly motivated and enthusiastic people, who have experience of working with children with Autism and complex learning difficulties.

You will need to have an NVQ Level 2 or substantial relevant experience.

Usual hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm (30 hours per week). This is a term time only post paid for 40 weeks of the year to include 5 days Inset + 30 hours training hours across the year.

Flexible working options are available and pay will be adjusted accordingly.

Oakleigh School and the Acorn Early Years Centre are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share in this obligation. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure by the DBS and all checks in relation to KCSIE will be carried out.
