What skills and experience we're looking for
We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our very committed and talented SEND team in September 2023.
The role is an exciting and attractive one for a suitable candidate who possesses a dynamic skill set that can bring out the best in students.
The post will involve working in subject classrooms in KS3 and KS4, under the direction of the class teachers and the SENDCO, as well as promoting the learning of students with a range of special educational needs.
It is essential that you have experience of working with children in an educational setting; it is desirable that you have knowledge and/or experience of working with children with SEND. You will have good literacy, numeracy and IT skills and be able to complete tasks to a high and professional standard.
