We are looking for a an enthusiastic & hardworking Learning Support Assistant to join our team here at Mansfield Primary Academy!
About the Role:
You will be based in a class supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside the classroom environment. This may also include supporting children with Special Education Needs.
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:
- Is passionate about the profession and can demonstrate high expectations through quality teaching and learning
- Will ensure an exciting and memorable learning experiences for our children with a proven track record of excellent practice
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and work exceptionally well in a team
- Has an ability to work independently using one’s initiative
- Possesses excellent problem solving skills
- Can nurture a positive and caring relationships with children and positive relationships with parents

The Mansfield Primary Academy is part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT). The academy was judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in July 2024. As a team, we take immense pride in this achievement.
