Learning Support Assistant job summary

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team here at Mansfield Primary Academy!

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and enhancing the learning experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-to-one support to pupils where required, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

This role will involve working closely with individual pupils to support their learning, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

The Mansfield Primary Academy is part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT). The academy was judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in July 2024. As a team, we take immense pride in this achievement.
