About You:
Lynn Grove Academy are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. You recognise that every pupil’s journey is unique and are committed to supporting individuals as they navigate challenges, whether related to learning needs, medical conditions, or neurodiversity such as ADHD.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- Successful recent experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Proven ability to deliver well-planned and stimulating lessons
- Knowledge of current educational trends and initiatives
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Good organisational skills
