๐Ÿ’™ Connect - developing communication, relationships and independence using visual supports, AAC and meaningful interaction.

๐Ÿงก Climb - preparing learners with moderate to severe learning difficulties for adulthood, independence and life beyond school.

Celebrate and encourage every step of progress, no matter how small.

We're Looking For People Who:

โœ” Enjoy working with children and young people.
โœ” Are patient, positive and resilient.
โœ” Can build strong relationships and work as part of a team.
โœ” Are willing to learn new skills and approaches.
โœ” Want to make a genuine difference to the lives of learners with SEND.

Previous experience in a school is helpful but not essential. We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds including care, health, youth work, childcare and early years, customer service and community roles.

Join us and become part of a team where every learner matters, every achievement is celebrated, and every day brings the opportunity to change a life.
