We're looking for a dedicated learning support assistant to join our supportive team at Plumberow Primary Academy.

As a learning support assistant you will:

* Be responsible for establishing positive relationships with the pupils supported
* Be implementing planned learning objectives/teaching programmes as agreed with the class teacher
* Have the ability to adjust activities according to the pupils' response

We're looking for someone who has:

* Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
* Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with others.
* Commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity within the classroom
