What skills and experience we're looking for
The Headteacher of Richmond Avenue Primary and Nursery School and the CEO of Southend East Community Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant, ideally with experience of working in a primary school setting. The postholder will be responsible for supporting children with their learning, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, under the direction and guidance of the class teacher and SENCO, and will help provide for the social, educational and welfare needs of the pupils.
